My husband and I have been clients of Dr. Franck for 3 years now and have never been disappointed. We new our 2 year old would have a great experience but it was beyond great! Jamie who cleaned his teeth was so amazing with him and made his first dentist experience such a positive one. The front desk receptionist, Michelle, was so helpful with scheduling and making it work with our schedule. Dr Franck check my son’s teeth and made a fun counting game out of it. I was so thrilled that they made my 2 year old have a great first teeth cleaning! I’m always happy with the service but am just grateful we have found such a great family dentist! No wonder they have been voted the best of the best in Rocklin!

I can not say enough positive comments about this office. I’ve had horrible experiences with previous dentists which kept me away from them for many years. I was so nervous when I finally had to go in for my first exam, afraid of being lectured or talked down too since it had been way too long since my last dental appointment. What I received was the opposite, a very warm loving office that was there to help me and make my treatment as easy as possible. Now going in for dental care is a breeze. Recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I am dealing with a painful and embarrassing dental situation.  What needs to be shared is the professionalism and compassion that’s shared at Franck Family Dental.  It’s important to understand I mean that from the receptionist all the way to Dr. Franck.  I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Franck’s office.  My instincts were telling me to give up, it was beyond repair.  Their professionalism and compassion has set me on a course of action that will solve the problem, rectify the situation.  Beyond my personal sense of gratefulness, I feel it is imperative to get the word out that Franck Family Dental is special!  I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest to anyone to visit Dr Franck.  Experiences like this don’t come around often, that is something I’ve learned full well in the last 9 nine years.  Medical situations that are over our heads can occur and I’ve found that those bright shiny lights are hard to come by! I was recommended by a family member to Dr. Franck’s office when she first opened. I was in between dentists at the time and thought I would try her out. Right away I liked her calm demeanor and cheerful office staff. I started bringing my kids and we have been with her ever since. We love the small office feel, the honesty of the staff and the general overall feeling of concern we receive with every single visit. I have been to other dentist’s who try and sell you things you don’t need, dentist’s who have TV’s everywhere, massage chairs, etc…this is not Dr. Franck’s office. It is that old home-town-dentist feel with a treasure chest for the kids when they get done. That’s how I grew up and that’s how I want my kids to experience their dentist. They are excited about going to see Dr. Kasi, even when they have not-so-fun procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Franck’s office for any individual or family looking for a great dentist.

I highly recommend Dr. Kasi Franck for any dental service. She, along with her team, are professional, reliable, accommodating, and very friendly. They are excellent with children as well. They use child-friendly dental phrases when interacting with my children (1 & 4 years old) and always make them feel comfortable, involved with the visit, and make it an overall fun and memorable experience for them. Over the past 30 years, I’ve been to a handful of dentists, and Dr. Franck (and her team) are by far the best! I ALWAYS feel confident when referring friends, family members & coworkers to Dr. Franck, as I know they will be well taken care of. She is also always available for same-day visits in case of an emergency.

I just got back from my first appointment there. This review is coming from a person that has always had a fear of a dentist office since a kid, Dr. Franck made everything comfortable. She is very nice and her staff is wonderful as well. Michelle takes care of the front desk and she is definitely on top of everything! This was a great experience and a smooth transition into a new office. I will definitely continue as a patient there. The office is nice and everything perfectly clean and comfortable.
