Theresa has been in the dental field for over 20 years and brings her wealth of dental knowledge and customer service experience to the patients of Franck Family Dental.
Erica, Front Office
As a lifelong resident of a small town, I chose dentistry because of the great experiences I had at my local dentist’s office. I hoped to help others enjoy their dental experiences as well. I graduated from a dental assisting program in 2012 and started working in the front office of a local dentist in 2013. I strive for excellent customer service and enjoy my patient interactions. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cuddling my dog and trying new recipes off Pinterest.
Chloe, Front Office
Chloe is a dedicated front desk representative that has been in the dental field since 2025, she enjoys learning something new each day and takes pride in providing a welcoming experience for every patient. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys baking, spending time with friends, and watching movies.
Monique, RDA
Monique started her journey into the dental field by attending the dental assisting program at Carrington College and graduating in October 2019. While attending she was a mentor in addition to consecutively making the President’s list. This has guided her in being the lead RDA of our office. Her favorite part of the dental field is restoring a patient’s smile. In her free time, she enjoys, reading, working out and spending time with her loved ones.
Jodell, RDH
Jodell graduated from Sacramento City College with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. She was born and raised in Guam and moved to California to pursue a career in dentistry. She loves to spend time family and indoor cycling.
Jennifer, RDH
Jennifer and Dr. Franck have worked together for over a decade. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren in her spare time.
Nelya, RDH
Nelya graduated from Sacramento City College and received her license as a registered dental hygienist with highest academic honors. With 18 years of hands-on experience, she has honed her skills in providing comprehensive dental hygiene care. Outside of work, Nelya, enjoys family time and exploring the outdoors.
Elsa, DA
Elsa graduated from a dental assisting program in 2023. She strives to create a comfortable environment for every patient, ensuring their visit is a smooth and stress free as a possible. On her free time she enjoys going on walks, spending time with her family and pets.
Haley, DA
Haley graduated with a degree in biology from Utah Valley University in 2024 and moved to California shortly after. She found her love for dentistry during her senior year and has been working as a dental assistant while applying to dental schools. Haley loves spending time with her husband, going to movies and is an avid sports fan.
