Fee and Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the time of treatment.
- We accept cash, check, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
- We accept all dental insurances and are premier providers for Delta Dental.
- Our outside payment program, CareCredit, offers several ways to fund your dental treatment plan. Apply now to find out if you’re eligible.
- We now offer our in-house Dental Savings Club for patients who do not have dental insurance. Please review the three plans offered below.
Our policy is to submit all claims electronically on a daily basis. You need to know your dental plan coverage including limitations and deductibles so that you can be prepared to pay your share on the day services are rendered. Your level of insurance coverage is determined by the policy your employer has purchased. As a courtesy we will be happy to assist you in obtaining your dental benefits.
You are the most important person regarding your health. After consulting with us, you ultimately decide whether a treatment is right for you at this time. Therefore, you are responsible for payment regardless of insurance coverage.
