We are happy to offer our in-house Dental Savings Club to help manage the cost of your dental care. This is a cost-effective option for patients who do not have insurance, allowing you to save money while maintaining a healthy smile.
Adult Healthy Cleaning Plan
Applies to patients sixteen years and older that are on a regular prophylaxis schedule

Two healthy hygiene recare appointments with periodic exam, healthy cleaning, and fluoride treatment
Annual x-rays
15% discount on all additional services
Additional cleanings and exams will be given the 15% discount

Applies to patients under the age of sixteen years old

Two child recare appointments with periodic exam, child prophylaxis, and fluoride treatment

Periodontal Maintenance Plan
Applies to patients who are on a periodontal maintenance schedule
$579/calendar year
Two periodontal recare appointments with periodic exam, perio-maintenance cleaning, and fluoride treatment

Provisions of the Savings Club
- The plan is on a calendar year, all services completed between January 1st and December 31st are eligible.
- This program is assigned to an individual patient and can not be transferred to another person.
- The enrollment fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full.
- Reserved appointments are required, except for emergencies. There is a $75 fee for broken appointments when there is less than 48 hours notice.
